Проект был основан Dj Drus`om в 2013 году.

Yol%38 – Это сумасшедший ураган! Который вводит слушателя в агонию(Electro Hous`a; Dutch Hous`a и многих других жанров музыкальной индустрии.)

Подразумевает за собой неординарное звучание, жесткий саунд ,переплетение до 100 песен за 50 минут включая в себя(LearnDubstep;Mash|up;Trance; Club House; Fast Dance;Vocal;Power Ballad; Remix Song`s)

В-первые Yol%38 прозвучал в клубе «SoHo» 20 ноября 2013года.

Проект полностью себя оправдал, коммерция пришла в восторг и началась ночь FULL|DANCE

А после Yol%38 звучал в таких местах как:
